Can I try before I buy?

Yes! The Free plan is always free (1 event, 50 attendees). Pro and Enterprise come with a 14-day free trial, no credit card required.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards via Stripe. For African markets, we also support Paystack (cards, bank transfer, mobile money).

Can I switch plans anytime?

Absolutely. Upgrade or downgrade at any time. If you upgrade, you only pay the difference. If you downgrade, the change takes effect at the next billing cycle.

Do you take a commission on ticket sales?

No commission on Free and Pro plans. Enterprise with Stripe Connect has a configurable platform fee (default 5%), but you can set it to 0%.

What currencies are supported?

We support 23 currencies including USD, EUR, GBP, XOF, XAF, NGN, KES, ZAR, and more. Each event can have its own currency.

Is there an API?

Yes! Full REST API at /api/v1/ with Sanctum authentication. Interactive docs at /docs/api. Perfect for mobile apps and custom integrations.
